Information we process
We receive an account identifier and sign-in profile information through the hosting authentication service. Our application database stores your account identifier, processing-unit ledger and sandbox transaction identifiers. Submitted text is sent to our server and processed in memory; we do not intentionally store document contents or extraction results in the database. Results remain in your browser view until you leave or refresh.
Purpose and service providers
We use these records to provide extraction, manage quotas, verify sandbox payments, prevent abuse and answer support requests. OpenAI Sites provides hosting and authentication, using Cloudflare infrastructure and database services. Paddle processes checkout information under its own privacy policy. Card details are entered into Paddle checkout, not stored by our application. No AI model provider receives document text in this version.
Retention and international processing
Usage and transaction records remain in the database to maintain balances and transaction history. They are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule in this prototype. You may request deletion by email; security or legal obligations may require retaining some records. Hosting and payment providers may retain their own operational logs and records. Infrastructure may process data outside your country.
Browser storage and your choices
The workspace uses session storage for pending sandbox transaction IDs. Authentication and checkout providers use storage needed to deliver their services. You can clear browser storage and request access, correction or deletion of your account records by email. Requests are assessed under applicable law. Do not submit content you lack permission to process.
